Job summary

Lidl GB is seeking a Retail Shift Manager in Grimsby to lead store operations, motivate the team and maintain high standards on the shop floor. You’ll take responsibility during busy periods, delegate tasks and ensure smooth customer experiences.

You’ll receive a competitive hourly rate with enhancements for bank holidays and night shifts, 30–35 days holiday (pro rata), an in-store discount and a benefits package to support your well-being.
