Lidl GB is seeking a Retail Shift Manager in Exmouth to lead a busy store floor, motivate the team, and ensure operations run smoothly across early and late shifts. You’ll oversee stock, cash processes, and customer experience while stepping in for senior managers when needed.

The role rewards proactive leadership with shift bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package. The position offers 35-hour contracts with 5am starts and 11pm finishes, plus additional pay for bank holidays and night
