Job Title: Retail Shift Manager at Lidl

Join our team at Lidl as a Retail Shift Manager and be part of a new store opening. We offer a competitive hourly rate (£15.15 per hour), with additional pay for bank holidays (£2.00/hour) and night shifts (£3.50/hour). About the Role
  1. Motivate and support your team, aligning with our Leadership and Company Principles.
  2. Solve problems swiftly and delegate tasks effectively.

  4. Manage store operations and staff in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
  5. Handle inventory, stock management, cash processes, and ensure smooth shifts.
