Job summary

Lidl GB is seeking a Retail Shift Manager in the United Kingdom. You will lead a busy store team, manage daily operations and ensure excellent customer service on every shift.

• Motivate and support your team, aligning with Leadership and Company Principles.

• Manage store operations and cover Store Manager duties in their absence.
• Oversee freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock to run shifts smoothly.

• Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to make sure shifts run smoothly
