Job summary

Lidl GB in Edinburgh is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to help maintain high standards on a fast-paced shop floor. You’ll motivate your team, delegate tasks and keep operations running smoothly during shifts.

You’ll earn an hourly rate with enhancements for bank holidays and night shifts, plus a benefits package including discounts and generous holiday allowance. Lidl supports progression and development across the store network.

• Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to make sure shifts run smoothly
