Overview

This isn\'t just any job - it\'s your chance to roll up your sleeves, take the lead, and keep things running smoother than our signature glaze.

  • You\'ll run the show on shift front and centre with customers, serving up smiles (and doughnuts!), boosting sales, and keeping everything safe, clean, and on point. You\'ll guide your team, build them up, and keep the energy buzzing. You\'ll be hands-on: working the till, serving up hot & cold drinks, boxing up those irresistible treats, and making our cabinet look as good as our doughnuts taste.
  • You\'ll also jump into the behind-the-scenes magic: stock checks, weekly wrap-ups, team recruitment, and making sure everyone\'s happy to be here. When your manager\'s away, you\'ll hold down the fort like a boss.
  • This role includes lone working, so you\'ll need to feel confident handling the store independently. For that reason, all applicants must be 18 or over.
  • We\'ll give you full training and support - all you need is a great attitude, strong customer service skills, and the desire to grow your career one sweet moment at a time.
  • You\'ve got experience running the floor or you\'re ready to rise and shine into that next step.
