Overview

Canna Cabana is actively seeking Part Time Shift Leaders who are knowledgeable, responsible, hardworking, dedicated, and mature individuals interested in joining our team. Join us and become an important part of a company where the sky is the limit.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management in supervising and facilitating daily store operations.
• Oversee store responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager (SM) or Assistant Store Manager (ASM).
• Support in personnel management during shifts and resolve customer service issues as needed.
• Provide guidance and instruction to store associates.
• Maintain store conditions to established standards.
• Assist in staffing adjustments to meet business needs when requested.
• Act as the sales and customer service leader in the absence of SM/ASM.
• Greet and assist customers, modeling exemplary conduct.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant legislation.
• Handle customer complaints appropriately, escalating when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
• Achieve sales targets and store KPIs.
• Encourage staff to pursue sales goals actively.
• Oversee inventory management and be accountable for inventory processes during shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have valid SellSafe and QCW licenses to work in a retail cannabis store.
• High school diploma and college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training required.
• Demonstrated sales and service skills required.
• Minimum of 2 years retail experience, preferably in cannabis.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
