Job description

Retail Shift Leader

Salary: £30,943, increasing to £32,010 on completion of training. Plus, either a company car or car allowance.

Location: Middlesbrough

*Access to wages from 3 days after shift completion* | *Immediate Start* | *Holiday Pay*

As a Retail Stocktaking Shift Leader, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, overseeing end-to-end stock taking services at various client sites. The shifts vary, and flexibility is required as you will travel to different sites daily and may occasionally stay overnight.

Working Days: Monday - Sunday (up to 5 days per week, with flexibility possible)

Hours of Work: Evening/Night shifts

  • Complete stock counts accurately and within deadlines

Person Specification:

  • Full Driving License
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Effective communication with all levels
  • Basic IT skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and stay focused
  • Good time management and self-supervision
  • Willingness and ability to travel

Additional notes:

Work involves prolonged standing, use of step stools and ladders, and working in warehouses or large retail premises, sometimes at high levels.

Working hours: Unsociable hours, including early mornings or nights. Applicants must be 18 or older.
