Retail Shift Leader

Krispy Kreme UK – £13.45 per hour – Full‑time Contract

This Krispy Kreme store is a life‑sized, joyful space where every customer’s day gets a little sweeter. As a Retail Shift Leader you’ll be the friendly face serving up fresh doughnuts and drinks, welcoming guests with a smile, and keeping the store running smoothly throughout the day.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the shift – drive sales and ensure a high‑quality customer experience.
  • Manage the till, serve hot & cold drinks, pack doughnuts, and maintain a clean, safe shop environment.
  • Support and motivate your team, coaching new staff and building morale.
  • Handle stock checks, weekly wrap‑ups, team recruiting, and general back‑of‑store tasks.
  • Step in as acting manager when the manager is absent and hold the fort like a boss.
Qualifications
  • Experience leading a team or a high‑energy retail floor.
  • Customer‑obsessed, people‑first leadership style with a positive, energetic attitude.
  • Strong ownership, reliability and a proven ability to get things done.
  • Full availability – weekends, weekdays, holiday and holiday shift rotations.
  • Energetic, reliable, great work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • 18 years or older – confidence to work independently and safely.
