BardWood is seeking a Retail Security Officer for a busy Hamilton store. You will patrol premises, deter theft, monitor access points and respond to incidents to keep staff and visitors safe.

The role requires SIA licensure and a reliable 5-year career history, with a strong fitness level and resilience in a fast-paced retail environment. Qualifications

• SIA license required or in progress.

• Experience in a similar role is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the Retail Store Premises.
• Investigate disturbances and monitor entry/exit points.
• Call for help in emergencies and operate theft-detecting devices.
• Build positive customer relations and manage large crowds.
