Job Description:

We are in search of smart, professional, and positive security officers to join our team, either on a full-time or part-time basis. Our officers are stationed in high-profile retail and corporate environments across Oxford Street, Bond Street, Covent Garden, and Regent Street amd SW1, focusing on both deterrence of theft and managing anti-social behavior.

As a vital part of the in-store/office team, you will enhance the safety and security of the premises, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for our clients’ customers, guests, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a overt security presence in retail settings to reduce theft incidents.

Apprehend and detain offenders calmly and effectively, performing arrests or temporary detentions when necessary.

Engage in excellent customer care, providing guidance and information as required.

Aim to meet or exceed performance KPIs/targets set by clients to minimize inventory shrinkage.

Manage high-stress situations professionally and maintain composure in confrontational circumstances.

Requirements:

• 3 years Retail experience ideally with a luxury brand
• Exceptional time management, self-motivation, and reliability.
• Possession of a valid SIA license at DS level or above.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; additional European languages are a plus.
• Outstanding customer service skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Full 5-year checkable history in employment or education.
