Staffline, in partnership with TSS, is recruiting a Retail Security Officer to deter incidents, protect staff and customers, and uphold loss-prevention policies on site. The role emphasizes clear communication and modern, digital admin skills within a large international security provider.

You will join a team focused on customer service and safety, with induction and on-site training, plus the potential for progression and welfare checks with managers.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities are essential.
• Ability to work in a team and follow client policies.
• Comfort with digital, paperless admin and using digital devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible uniformed deterrence to help keep the client’s premises and staff safe.
• Follow Company Policy on loss prevention and report incidents using the correct systems.
• Deter troublemakers on site and ensure safe evacuation procedures are understood.
