Job summary

Lodge is seeking a Security Officer to protect staff, customers and assets across our retail site in Lancaster. You will work with store teams to deter theft, follow procedures and provide professional customer service with a visible, approachable presence.

Requirements include a valid SIA license, UK right to work, and a smart appearance. Retail security experience is preferred; comprehensive training and progression opportunities are available.

• Ability to follow procedures and maintain composure under pressure.
• Strong customer service skills with a professional appearance.
• Retail security experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Protect staff, stock & customers.
• Prevent theft and deter shoplifting.

• Use ASCONE or similar security tools and report incidents.
