Job summary

Lodge Service is seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our AdHoc team. You will work across a range of retail clients, providing a professional security presence, protecting staff and customers, and deterring theft.

Expect variable hours, generally upwards of 40 per week, with pay rates from £12.71 to £16.00 per hour depending on the client. Candidates must hold a valid SIA license, have the right to work in the UK, and demonstrate strong customer service and a smart appearance.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Licence is required.
• UK right to work and 5-year work history.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Present a smart professional appearance.
• Ability to follow established procedures.
• Maintain composure under pressure.
• Retail security experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Protect staff, stock and customers at client sites.
• Prevent theft and deter wrongdoing.
• Partner with store management teams to maintain security.
• Deliver professionalism and customer service.
• Utilise ASCONE for shoplifting prevention where applicable.
• Ensure safety of employees and customers.
• Maintain a visible deterrent security presence.
