Job summary

Staffline, in partnership with TSS, is seeking a Retail Security Officer to provide a visible deterrent and ensure the safety of staff and customers on site. You will follow loss-prevention policies, observe and report incidents, and carry out duties assigned by the client to maintain a secure environment.

The role requires strong communication and customer service, plus comfort with using digital devices for admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Great communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Digitally proficient to use digital devices and systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide a visible uniformed deterrent to enhance safety on client premises.
• Carry out loss prevention policies and protect staff and visitors.
• Deter potential troublemakers on site in a lawful manner.
• Observe and report incidents using approved reporting systems.
• Complete duties as directed by the client or site manager.
• Keep site knowledge up to date and identify local developments.
