A security solutions provider in Liverpool seeks a Retail Security Officer to deter criminal activity and respond to incidents. Candidates must have a valid SIA licence and be able to communicate effectively. The role provides comprehensive training and career progression opportunities. As a Retail Security Officer, you will be required to provide a visible deterrence, respond to incidents, complete incident reports and collaborate with the local authorities.

To be an effective Security Officer, you will need to be a confident communicator as you will be required to provide detailed verbal and written accounts of criminal activity. You will need to be welcoming and patient with customers, and able to handle conflict in a professional manner. You must have a valid SIA licence to apply for this role. Previous experience of working in a Retail Security Role is an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
