Kingdom Group is a key partner of Poundstretcher, and we are excited to offer an opportunity for a Retail Security Officer to join our team. If you have an SIA Licence and are looking for a role where you will be supported and offered development opportunities, we would like to hear from you!

Location: Leith, EH6 area.

Start Date: Immediate start!

Hours: On average, shifts as per site rota: 4 on 4 off, Monday to Saturday 09:30am - 17:30pm, Sundays 11:00am - 17:00pm.

Salary: £11.44 per hour.

Role Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and staff by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel
• Providing a visible deterrent within the store
• Completing reports by recording observations, incidents, and surveillance activities
• Working as part of a team to meet customer requirements
• Handling difficult situations professionally and safely

Candidate Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional approach with good judgment and attention to detail
• Previous experience is desirable but not essential
• Valid SIA Licence or application in process
• Full five-year checkable employment history
