BardWood Support Services is hiring a Retail Security Officer for a well-known retail store in Boston PE21. The role involves patrolling premises, monitoring entry/exit, and using theft-detection devices to protect staff and customers.

The position offers a pay rate of £13.10 per hour, with flexible shift timings. After a 12-week period, roles transfer to our client with a range of benefits including cycle to work, private medical cover, pension, and more.

Qualifications

• SIA License is required.
• 5-year checkable work/career history is required.
• Experience in a similar security role is advantageous.
• Physically fit to undertake tasks.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Patrolling the Retail Store Premises.
• Investigating disturbances and monitoring entry/exit points.
• Calling for help in emergencies and operating theft-detecting devices.
• Managing large crowds and building positive customer relations.

You will be working in a well-known retail store, which holds various stock. Officers are responsible for providing safety and security to both staff and visitors alike.

Your main responsibilities may include:

• Patrolling the Retail Store Premises.
• Investigating Disturbances, as well as monitoring the entry and exit points of the retail store.
• Confidently calling for help in emergency situations and operating theft-detecting devices.
• Effectively dealing with large crowds and building positive customer relations.
