Drive and achieve sales, KPIs, and profitability goals via offering and showing products to customers, assisting them in choosing products, consulting on product purposes, properties, quality, care rules, prices, offer substitute, new, and related products, calculating purchase costs, issuing receipts, preparing documents, packing purchases, and handling exchanges.
Ensure high standards of customer service and engagement on the sales floor.Take measures to prevent and resolve conflict situations.Foster effective communication within the team and with other departments.
Spend 90% of time on the sales floor engaging with customers and coaching employees.
Assist in recruiting, training, developing, and managing store staff. Motivate and encourage retail sales staff to achieve sales target
Process POS transactions (sales, exchanges, discounts and refunds) accurately in comply with Retail P&Ps. Identify, interpret, diagnose the performance of the store as based on controllable operational KPI’s (including but not limited to CR, UPT, ATV).
Oversee loss prevention and ensure operational compliance.
Achieve or exceed inventory and shrink goals; manage physical inventory counts.
Handle incoming and outgoing merchandise and communicate opportunities. Ensure the store's visual presentation meets or exceeds PUMA VM standards.
Prepare and analyze sales reports, and provide insights to improve performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Proficiency in retail software, inventory management and POS systems.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
