Job summary

DCK Group is seeking a Retail Sales Merchandiser to cover Birmingham Fort. This 6-hour-per-week role requires access to your own vehicle and a full driving licence.

Shifts are scheduled across the week with core hours typically 9:00am–5:00pm, and you will work closely with store teams to ensure product presentation and promotions are executed effectively. You will be merchandising, handling stock deliveries, keeping stores tidy, and supporting promotional activity to drive sales.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer facing setting is required.
• Sales and/or retail sales experience is preferred.
• Access to a smartphone with up-to-date operating system.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products to visual guidelines in-store.
• Put out deliveries of new stock and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Set up promotional activities and in-store displays.

Role Title - Retail Sales Merchandiser - Birmingham Fort - 6 hours per week

Due to the nature of the role, please ensure you have access to your own vehicle and have a full driving licence.

Shift pattern - 1.5 Monday, 1.5 Wednesday & 3 Friday

Working hours: The required start time for this role is between 9:00am and 5:00pm.

Our Retail Assistants provide face to face contact and merchandising expertise within our retail stores. In return, we provide:

You will be based in Birmingham Fort butmay berequired to travel to different stores within your zone. We are looking for those who are available to start as soon as possible.

You will be working alongside a Team Leader, who will provide you with coaching and ongoing support. Being tech savvy is desirable as we use quite a few apps to make working here as smooth as possible.

Job role:

You will need to be customer-focused, with a friendly, polite, professional and positive attitude.

You will complete various instore activities which include:

• Merchandising our product to our visual merchandising guidelines

• Putting out deliveries of new stock

• Maintaining housekeeping standards

• Setting up promotional activities

• You will be working with the host management teams to build great relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales.

Please note - The Christmas period is our busiest time and therefore we are unable to authorise any leave in December, please bear this in mind when applying.

Requirements;

• Prior experience in a customer facing setting is required, fashion brands are a plus.

• Sales and or retail sales experience is preferred

• Access to either an Apple or Android smartphone with the most up to date operating systems
