DCK Group in Milton Keynes is seeking a Retail Sales Merchandiser for 10 hours per week. You will visit stores, stock shelves and ensure product presentation aligns with our guidelines.

A driving licence and own vehicle are required. You’ll work with a team leader, start as soon as possible, and may travel to different stores within your zone.

The role offers £12.71 per hour, parking and mileage paid, pension, life assurance, and development opportunities.

Competenze

• Experience in a customer-facing setting is preferred.
• Retail or fashion brand familiarity is a plus.
• Own transport and a full UK driving licence preferred.

Role Title - Retail Sales Merchandiser- Milton Keynes - 10 hours per week

Due to the nature of the role, please ensure you have access to your own vehicle and have a full driving licence.

Shift pattern - 2 Monday, 3.5 Thursday, 4.5 Friday

Working hours: The required start time for this role is between 9:00am and 10:00am

Our Retail Assistants provide face to face contact and merchandising expertise within our retail stores. In return, we provide:

You will be based in Milton Keyn\s butmay berequired to travel to different stores within your zone. We are looking for those who are available to start as soon as possible.

You will be working alongside a Team Leader, who will provide you with coaching and ongoing support. Being tech savvy is desirable as we use quite a few apps to make working here as smooth as possible.

Job role:

You will need to be customer-focused, with a friendly, polite, professional and positive attitude.

You will complete various instore activities which include:

• Merchandising our product to our visual merchandising guidelines
• Putting out deliveries of new stock
• Maintaining housekeeping standards
• Setting up promotional activities
• You will be working with the host management teams to build great relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales.

Please note - The Christmas period is our busiest time and therefore we are unable to authorise any leave in December, please bear this in mind when applying.

Requirements;

• Prior experience in a customer facing setting is preferred, working in retail or with fashion brands is a plus.
• Sales and or retail sales experience is preferred
• Access to either an Apple or Android smartphone with the operating systems of eitherAndroid 8.1 or later OR Apple IOS is 13.4 or later
