Job summary

DCK Group is seeking a Retail Sales Merchandiser for Monks Cross on a 4.5-hour weekly contract. You must have a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle. The role involves merchandising, stock deliveries, and promoting store activities.

You'll work with a Team Leader, travel to stores in your zone as needed, and use several apps to support daily tasks. The position starts ASAP and includes bonus and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer facing setting is preferred, working in retail or with fashion brands is a plus.
• Sales and/or retail sales experience is preferred.
• Access to a smartphone (Apple or Android) with recent OS required.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising product to visual guidelines.
• Put out deliveries of new stock.

Role Title - Retail Sales Merchandiser - Monks Cross - 4.5 hours per week

Due to the nature of the role, please ensure you have access to your own vehicle and have a full driving licence.

Shift pattern - 4.5 Friday

Working hours: The required start time for this role is between 9:00am and 10:00am.

Our Retail Assistants provide face to face contact and merchandising expertise within our retail stores. In return, we provide:

You will be based in Monks Cross butmay berequired to travel to different stores within your zone. We are looking for those who are available to start as soon as possible.

You will be working alongside a Team Leader, who will provide you with coaching and ongoing support. Being tech savvy is desirable as we use quite a few apps to make working here as smooth as possible.

Job role:

You will need to customer-focused, with a friendly, polite, professional and positive attitude.

You will complete various instore activities which include:

• Merchandising our product to our visual merchandising guidelines

• Putting out deliveries of new stock

• Maintaining housekeeping standards

• Setting up promotional activities

• You will be working with the host management teams to build great relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales.

Please note - The Christmas period is our busiest time and therefore we are unable to authorise any leave in December, please bear this in mind when applying.

Requirements;
