Job summary

DCK Group in the United Kingdom is seeking Retail Assistants to provide face-to-face contact and merchandising expertise across our stores. You will work with a Team Leader, and start between 9:00am and 10:00am, with a driving licence and own vehicle preferred for store travel in your zone.

The role is temporary until 26 December 2026, offers £12.71 per hour, with benefits such as jewellery freebies, mileage paid, a pension scheme, and life assurance.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer-facing setting is preferred.
• Retail or fashion brand experience is a plus.
• Sales or retail sales experience is preferred.
• Access to a smartphone with up-to-date OS (Apple/Android).
• Availability to work across stores within your zone.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising products to visual guidelines.
• Put out deliveries of new stock.

Job description

Due to the nature of the role, please ensure you have access to your own vehicle and have a full driving licence.

This is a temporary role until 26/12/2026

Working hours: The required start time for this role is between 9:00am and 10:00am

Our Retail Assistants provide face to face contact and merchandising expertise within our retail stores. In return, we provide:

£12.71 per hour

Free jewellery – from £25 - £55 per month!

Mileage and parking expenses paid (subject to T&C’s)

You will be based in Bury but may be required to travel to different stores within your zone. We are looking for those who are available to start as soon as possible.

You will be working alongside a Team Leader, who will provide you with coaching and ongoing support. Being tech savvy is desirable as we use quite a few apps to make working here as smooth as possible.

Job role:

You will need to be customer-focused, with a friendly, polite, professional and positive attitude.

You will complete various instore activities which include:

Merchandising our product to our visual merchandising guidelines

Putting out deliveries of new stock

Setting up promotional activities

You will be working with the host management teams to build great relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales.

Please note - The Christmas period is our busiest time and therefore we are unable to authorise any leave in December, please bear this in mind when applying.

Requirements;

Prior experience in a customer facing setting is preferred, working in retail or with fashion brands is a plus.

Sales and or retail sales experience is preferred

Access to either an Apple or Android smartphone with the most up to date operating systems
