Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Retail Sales Manager to lead our London / South retail operations. As the driving force behind our brand’s success in the capital, you will inspire and lead your team across multiplelocations to deliver outstanding results. Key Responsibilities
Sales Performance & Strategy:
  • Lead your area to achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent performance across all store locations.
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to drive revenue growth.
  • Support and implement business initiatives to maximize in-store treatments and product sales, aligning with brand goals and retail partner expectations.
  • Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, average transaction value, and treatment bookings to optimise performance.
  • As part of your role, you will take a proactive approach in identifying and addressing underperformance with a genuine passion for helping people grow. You will provide clear expectations, offer support, and collaborate with team members to understand and overcome challenges. Through regular feedback, coaching, and development plans, you will guide individuals to improve and meet performance goals. When necessary, you will work with team members to create actionable plans with clear targets and timelines for improvement, always with a focus on their development and success.
People Leadership & Development:
  • You will be responsible for delivering results by empowering your team, fuelled by a deep passion for people. By setting clear goals, providing the necessary tools and support, and fostering a positive, collaborative environment, you will enable your team to excel.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train store and treatment teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet performance expectations.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 performance reviews with team members to evaluate their progress against goals, provide feedback, and set clear development objectives.
  • Lead contribution and career discussions with Account Managers to understand employees’ aspirations and align their development plans with career progression opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within your area.
  • Partner with the People Business Partner on all things People, including talent development initiatives, succession planning, management training, productivity improvement and engagement.
Talent & Succession Planning:
  • Identify and nurture top talent within your region, creating opportunities for growth and development.
  • Develop a strong succession plan to ensure leadership readiness across all locations.
Store Operations & Retail Partnerships:
  • Ensure all locations meet brand standards in merchandising, treatments, and customer service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to align on goals, strategies, and in-store execution.
  • Conduct regular store visits to review operations, coach teams, and address challenges or opportunities.
  • Oversee inventory levels to ensure the availability of products and supplies needed for both retail and treatment services.
  • Supporting the success of events for seamless execution, and collaborative teamwork to ensure every detail aligns with the overarching goals. Coordinating with key stakeholders, managing budgets, and addressing logistical needs while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Treatment Expertise:
  • Champion the brand’s treatment offerings, ensuring all teams are trained and equipped to deliver services to the highest standards.
  • Monitor treatment bookings and performance, using customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the education team to ensure treatment protocols are effectively implemented and consistently followed.
Financial & Operational Accountability:
  • Manage budgets for your area, balancing cost control with the need to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Provide detailed performance reports, including sales results, treatment uptake, and staffing metrics, to senior leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency while maintaining high standards.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
  • Work closely with the education team to deliver impactful training that enhances product knowledge, treatment skills, and sales techniques.
  • Partner with marketing to support in-store campaigns, promotions, and product launches that drive engagement and sales.
  • Align with finance and operations teams to ensure compliance with budgets, policies, and procedures.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in multi-site retail management, preferably within skincare, beauty, or luxury sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams to achieve strong sales performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, including merchandising, treatments, and customer engagement.
  • Results-driven mindset, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience conducting performance reviews, career development discussions, and building talent pipelines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with teams and retail partners.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on operational efficiency.
  • Flexibility to travel regularly across your area to support stores and teams.
