Sales Manager Role

The Sales Manager is a true ambassador of the company. The role involves leading, coaching, and building client relationships. You will be responsible for motivating your team to excel in sales while ensuring the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales
  2. Create a customer-centric culture by reviewing our service proposition to exceed customer expectations and strive to be market leaders.
  3. Maintain and understand the importance of Host Store and concession relationships.
  4. Take initiative to improve the business proactively.
  5. Review brand performance to inform commercial decisions.
  6. Contribute to departmental development aligned with consumer demands and business opportunities.
  7. Plan staff scheduling to ensure maximum floor coverage adhering to core hours.
  8. Maintain high standards of staff presentation and adherence to store guidelines.
Service
  1. Create a customer-focused environment. Train and develop the team to build and maintain client relationships.
  2. Monitor test shop results, CRM, and develop service action plans to meet company standards.
  3. Oversee client relationship management and client book maintenance.
People
  1. Recruit new team members following company policies.
  2. Ensure policies and procedures are communicated, understood, and followed.
  3. Invest in team development to enhance performance.
  4. Foster positive relationships with colleagues and management.
  5. Promote a positive team environment daily.
  6. Communicate KPIs and manage performance regularly.
Operations
  1. Adhere to company policies and communicate them effectively.
  2. Ensure daily hygiene routines and opening/closing standards are followed.
  3. Understand operational standards, including stockroom management.
KPIs
  1. Meet sales targets and other performance metrics such as mystery shopper scores, productivity, retention, and payroll targets.
  2. Maintain audit standards within +/- 0.3%.
  3. Achieve event sales targets and client book sales exceeding 10%.
Candidate Profile
  • Currently a Senior Manager in a high-turnover business.
  • Experience managing large teams and P&L accountability.
  • Proven performance in driving team performance and building relationships.
  • Background in luxury, fashion-forward footwear, accessories, or fashion brands.
