Job description

We're thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for the position of retail sales manager at a premium retailer located in West London. This role is situated in a dynamic, high-sales turnover environment, making every day feel like key trading! Ensuring an exceptional customer experience is our top priority at this premium retailer.

As the retail sales manager, your primary responsibility will be driving the commercial success of your designated department. You will also lead a team of 7 to 10 dedicated staff members on the sales floor. This role places a strong emphasis on hands-on leadership, as you'll set the example for your team through your own actions. Collaboration is key, as you'll be part of a larger management team overseeing various stores, necessitating seamless teamwork and operational processes.

Ideally, you'll come with a background in retail management, possessing a keen sense of commercial acumen. Your commitment to delivering top-notch customer service and your proactive approach to achieving store performance targets, in line with KPIs, will be invaluable.
