Part Time, Fixed Term Contract from 30th September until 31st December

Salary: £12.21 to £14.04 per hour (On target earnings) + 34p/mile + enticing incentives

Working: 24hrs/week over 3 days (Tue - Thu)

Location: Cambridge, Bedford, Hitchin and surrounds

Driving Requirements: You must hold a valid licence and have access to your own vehicle

If you have Retail or Grocery experience, are looking for a consistent schedule, and one that gets you out of the same four walls every day, consider becoming our Mondelezfield-based Retail Sales Assistant. This role is day shift on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays with some flexibility as needed on start/end times.

What\'s the job?

• Travel to various major grocery stores in your area such as Tesco, Sainsbury\'s, etc. and represent the iconic Mondelez brand - Cadbury, Maynard Bassetts, Belvita and Oreo
• Build relationships with the store staff and managers to increase the visibility (e.g. extra displays, signs) and availability (e.g. ensuring products are on the shelves, correcting stock errors) of brands everyone loves

Responsibilities

• Brand Representation: Take pride in showcasing Mondelez brands like Cadbury, Maynard Bassetts, Belvita and Oreo in major supermarkets
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with store managers, fostering trust and unlocking sales opportunities
• Strategic Planning: Infuse creativity into your approach, devising innovative strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales
• Execution: Bring your plans to life with precision, ensuring our products command attention and fly off the shelves
• Driving Requirements: Hold a valid licence and have access to your own vehicle for seamless navigation within your region
