Qualifications

• Have experience working towards sales targets (retail experience is a bonus)
• Communicate with warmth, clarity and commercial savvy
• Have an eye for design—or the passion to develop one—and strong attention to detail, with training to bring ideas to life
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, is key to supporting customers and delivering the best experience
• Hold a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle for home design visits
