Join us to apply for the Retail Sales Designer role at Wren Kitchens.

We're seeking a Retail Sales Designer to join our team in the Basingstoke Showroom!

About The Role

As a Retail Sales Designer, you will meet and greet customers, create inspiring kitchen and bedroom designs, and manage the entire customer journey. Previous kitchen or bedroom design experience is not necessary; a proactive, target-driven attitude is essential.

You will earn a basic salary of £25,400 plus uncapped commission, with an OTE of £50,000.

Main responsibilities:

• Design creative kitchen and bedroom layouts that drive sales
• Promote additional products, services, financial options, and installation
• Follow up on customer inquiries promptly
• Ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish
• Maintain accurate order records and communicate regularly with customers
