Job summary

Wren Kitchens in Banbury is seeking a Retail Sales Designer to join our showroom team. You will greet customers, create inspirational kitchen and bedroom designs and manage the end-to-end Wren journey, with a 40-hour week and a base salary of £26,440 plus uncapped commission.

Experience in design isn't required; a target-driven, proactive attitude is valued. The role includes world-class training, a proven commission structure with OTE around £50k, and opportunities to progress within the

About The Role

We're looking for a Retail Sales Designer to join our team in the Banbury Showroom! You’ll be responsible for meeting and greeting our customers, producing inspirational kitchen and bedroom designs and managing the end-to-end Wren journey. Kitchen or Bedroom Design experience is not essential, just a target driven, pro-active approach. This role offers 40 hours per week with a basic salary of £26,440 plus uncapped commission, OTE £50k.

In addition to any other duties, as a responsible personyou must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.
