Job summary

Sweaty Betty is seeking a customer-facing sales assistant to deliver an exceptional in-store experience in a fast-paced environment in the UK. You will help customers select products, style outfits and ensure a welcoming atmosphere across shifts.

Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, educating customers on our lines, maintaining store standards and processing cash while following security and health policies.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Creating amazing experiences for customers through authentic service and engagement.
• Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
• Educating customers on products and building rapport and loyalty.
• Maintaining store standards, visual merchandising, deliveries, stock replenishment and loss prevention.
• Managing cash and following security and health & safety policies.
• Encouraging customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collections and collecting customer data.
