ROLE PURPOSE

As a Retail Sales Coordinator, you will play a hands-on role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of our boutique. From assisting with appointments to preparing dresses and handling customer inquiries, you will be an integral part of our team. Working days are Tuesday - Saturday.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Previous experience in fashion, luxury, or retail (bridal experience is a bonus).
  • A keen eye for styling and a passion for customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive and hands-on approach to daily tasks.
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Customer Experience & Order Administration

  • Provide exceptional customer service in-store, via phone, and over email.
  • Follow up with brides to ensure they have all the necessary information about their
  • orders
  • Assist with CRM management, ensuring accurate customer records.
  • Support the team in achieving sales targets through excellent client service.
  • Assist in bridal appointments by preparing gowns, dressing brides, and offering styling
  • support.
  • Coordinate fittings and collections calendar in collaboration with Production and Retail teams
  • Steam and prepare dresses ahead of appointments and fittings.
  • Maintain the boutique’s visual merchandising and ensure a high standard of
  • presentation.
  • Pack and prepare orders for collection or shipping
  • Keep track of stock levels and assist with inventory management.
  • Support the Retail team with general tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
