Job description

Our client, a luxury retailer in the interior design field, is looking for a Sales Consultant to join their showroom in Marlow.

We are looking for a motivated, confident, sales and customer focused individual. The main purpose of the role is to provide customer service and support for clients as they browse an extensive range of products, guiding them through the buying process right from the first visit through to advice on their project.

This role would suit someone creative with a flair for design and interiors.

Showroom opening hours are 9.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Saturday. Closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays. Showroom employees will have one weekday off every week.

Duties include

  • Product advice
  • Providing design ideas
  • Raising quotations

  • Problem solving
  • Taking payment on orders
  • Booking deliveries
  • Providing technical advice
  • Sales aftercare

Skills/Experience

  • Previous experience ideally working with a luxury brand, or in fashion or interior design
