Requirements:

• Act as a brand ambassadorfor an exciting new luxury concept, providing a first-class customer experience that reflects our brand’s identity and values.
• Engage and inspire customers, introducing them to the new brand, sharing product knowledge, and creating a welcoming and immersive environment.
• Maximise salesthrough your detailed product knowledge andexceptional service standards, ensuring every interaction is personal, professional, and memorable.
• Support daily operations, including visual merchandising and maintenanceof our unique concept store, stock management, and maintaining a beautiful, on-brand retail space.
• Collaborate closely with the brand teamsto provide feedback and insights during this exclusive early launch phase.

This exciting opportunity will be a fixed-term contractfrom Monday 1st-28th September 2025.

There will be numerous work patterns available for this role, ranging from 5 hours to 25 hours per week, with availability during weekends. Please advise us of your available working hours in your application.

While previous retail experience is preferred, we welcome applications from individuals with a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn
