We work in partnership with leading brands, and due to recent expansion, we have an opportunity for a Category Sales Development Manager with our client Procter & Gamble. We seek a focused individual to become a category expert—growing sales, ensuring product availability, educating store staff, and delivering excellent in-store execution.

Territory: CR0, CR7, CR8, KT1, KT2, KT3, KT17, KT18, KT20, SM1, SM3, SM7, SW6, SW7, SW11, SW12, SW15, SW16, SW18, SW19, TW7, TW9, TW12, TW14

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute male grooming category sales strategies in stores.
  • Influence product availability by collaborating with store staff and ensuring compliance and proper processes.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through stock takes and system adjustments.
  • Ensure grooming fixtures meet plan standards and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Develop strong relationships with store contacts and conduct business reviews.
  • Use sales tools to analyze performance and develop growth strategies.
  • Utilize data to understand category trends and inform sales initiatives.
  • Train store staff to increase product and category knowledge.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Exceptional organization and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships.
  • Negotiation and category development skills to increase sales.
  • Knowledge of retail sectors and category management.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
