Your Mission

• Achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through excellent customer service
• Maintain high standards of customer experience aligned with PUMA’s Brand Values
• Complete all required training programs to drive store results
• Participate in Loss Prevention education and training
• Ensure Loss Prevention and operational compliance
• Identify and communicate merchandise opportunities to management
• Support store openings and closings; travel may be required
• Manage merchandise receipt, dispatch, and visual presentation according to standards
• Maintain store condition and communicate maintenance needs
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and overtime if necessary
