Your Mission
  • Ensure individual performance consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through effective customer service.
  • Maintain high standards of customer experience within the store in accordance with PUMA's Brand Values and service standards.
  • Complete all required training programs, both domestic and global, to drive results within the store.
  • Participate in Loss Prevention education, training, and awareness programs.
  • Be responsible for Loss Prevention and operational compliance within the store.
  • Communicate merchandise opportunities to the Store Management team.
  • Participate in new store openings and closings; travel may be required.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing merchandise efficiently.
  • Ensure all visual guidelines are executed and maintained, with the store's visual presentation meeting or exceeding PUMA standards.
  • Maintain the physical condition of the store and communicate maintenance needs promptly.
  • Comply with all policies, procedures, operational competencies, and key accountabilities.
  • Maintain a safe and compliant working and shopping environment, reporting any issues to management.
  • Work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays; overtime may be required.
