Position Overview

The Brand Ambassador - Experience is responsible for creating engaging customer journeys, embodying Canadian Warmth, and fostering brand loyalty. You will provide expert product recommendations, build authentic relationships, and drive sales while demonstrating our core values and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver superior customer service reflecting Canadian Warmth.
  2. Provide product recommendations based on customer needs.
  3. Drive sales through effective selling behaviors and product knowledge.
  4. Build lasting client relationships and promote brand loyalty.
  5. Achieve sales targets and contribute to store success.
  6. Support store operations, maintenance, and cleanliness.
  7. Participate in educational initiatives and seek feedback for growth.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years retail experience, preferably in luxury or high-volume environments.
  • Proven sales success and excellent communication skills.
  • Availability to work full-time (35-40 hours/week), including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Basic computer skills; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
