Sports Direct is seeking a customer-focused retail assistant to help customers find the right products and deliver excellent service at every touchpoint from the door to the till.

You will keep the shop floor tidy, stock shelves, process transactions quickly, promote offers, and work as part of a team to hit daily sales and service goals. Prior retail experience is a bonus but not essential as training is provided.

• No prior retail experience required; full training provided.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Motivation to deliver results and pride in your work.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers, answer questions, and help them find the right product.
• Deliver excellent service from entrance to till.
• Keep the shop floor tidy, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
• Replenish shelves to keep the floor ready for next customer.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately.
• Promote current offers and upsell where appropriate.
• Collaborate with the team to hit daily sales and service goals.
