Job summary

Aston Villa Football Club Limited is recruiting Retail Sales Assistants for our Bullring and Villa Park stores. You will be the front of house, offering product guidance and handling sales at payment points while keeping the store looking its best through stock replenishment and merchandising.

We seek pro-active, customer‑focused team players with clothing retail experience and great service skills, able to work a rotating weekly schedule including evenings, weekends and matchdays if required.

Qualifications

• Experience in clothing retail.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Active listener with persuasive abilities when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide product guidance and assist customers through to sale.
• Process sales at payment points.
• Replenish stock and maintain merchandising stands.
