YOUR MISSION:
  1. Ensure individual performance consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through effective customer service.
  2. Provide high standards of customer experience in accordance with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards.
  3. Complete all required training programs, both Domestic and Global, to drive results.
  4. Participate in Loss Prevention education, training, and awareness programs.
  5. Maintain Loss Prevention and Operational compliance within the store.
  6. Communicate merchandise opportunities to Store Management.
  7. Participate in store openings and closings; travel may be required.
  8. Execute and process incoming and outgoing merchandise.
  9. Maintain visual standards according to guidelines and ensure store presentation meets or exceeds PUMA standards.
  10. Keep the physical condition of the store according to guidelines and report maintenance needs promptly.
  11. Comply with all Policies & Procedures, operational competencies, and key accountabilities.
  12. Maintain a safe and compliant environment; report issues to management.
  13. Work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required.
YOUR TALENT:
  1. Experience in customer service-oriented retail with a results-driven track record.
  2. Proven ability to exceed sales goals.
  3. Ability to deliver high levels of customer service.
  4. Reasoning skills for complex issues.
  5. Effective communication skills.
  6. Ability to present information to large groups.
