YOUR MISSION:
  1. Ensure individual performance consistently meets or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through effective customer service.
  2. Maintain high standards of customer experience in accordance with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards.
  3. Complete all required training programs, both Domestic and Global, to drive results within the store.
  4. Participate in Loss Prevention education, training, and awareness programs.
  5. Manage Loss Prevention and operational compliance within the store.
  6. Communicate merchandise opportunities to the Store Management team.
  7. Participate in new store openings and closings; travel may be required.
  8. Handle the execution and processing of merchandise, both incoming and outgoing.
  9. Ensure all visual merchandising guidelines are executed and maintained, ensuring the store’s visual presentation meets or exceeds PUMA standards.
  10. Maintain the physical condition of the store according to guidelines and communicate maintenance needs promptly.
  11. Comply with all Policies & Procedures, operational standards, and key accountabilities.
  12. Maintain a safe and compliant shopping and working environment; report any issues to management.
  13. Work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required.
YOUR TALENT:
  1. Experience in a customer service-focused retail environment with a results-driven track record.
  2. Proven ability to exceed sales goals.
  3. Ability to deliver high levels of customer service.
  4. Strong reasoning skills for complex issues.
  5. Effective communication skills.
  6. Ability to present information to large groups.
