Job Description:
  • Ensure individual performance consistently meets or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through effective customer service.
  • Maintain high standards of customer experience aligned with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards.
  • Complete all required training programs, both domestic and global, to drive results.
  • Participate in Loss Prevention education and training programs.
  • Ensure Loss Prevention and operational compliance within the store.
  • Communicate merchandise opportunities to the Store Management team.
  • Participate in store openings and closings; travel may be required.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing merchandise processing.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards according to PUMA guidelines.
  • Maintain the physical condition of the store and communicate maintenance needs.
  • Comply with all policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and overtime as needed.
