Your Mission
  • Achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through excellent customer service
  • Maintain high standards of customer experience aligned with PUMA's Brand Values
  • Complete all required training programs to drive results
  • Participate in Loss Prevention training and awareness programs
  • Ensure operational compliance and Loss Prevention within the store
  • Communicate merchandise opportunities to management
  • Assist in new store openings and closings; travel may be required
  • Manage merchandise intake and dispatch
  • Maintain visual standards according to PUMA guidelines
  • Ensure the store's physical condition is maintained and report needs promptly
  • Comply with all policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and overtime as needed
