Job Description:

The specific responsibilities of the position holder will include (but are not limited to):

1. Generation and achievement of sales targets.
2. Handling showroom walk-in customers and visitors.
3. Event management and marketing activities.
4. Regular follow-up with the Head Office for pipeline orders.
5. Retail showroom operations.
6. Managing Home trials (Inward and Outward Challan on Navision).
7. Inventory management and reporting.
8. Mails and call follow-up, including tracking shipments.
9. Showroom expense management and reporting.

Academic and Professional Qualifications:

• Minimum graduate or master’s degree with expertise in Sales, Operations, and Marketing.
• 2-4 years of experience in sales, operations, and client relationship building.
• Exposure to Interior Designing is an advantage.

The candidate should be energetic, proactive, eager to learn, and presentable.

• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Energetic and motivated with a good track record.
• Understanding of basic CAD drawings and layouts (Interiors).
• Excellent communication skills; knowledge of Chinese and Malay languages is a plus.
• Basic understanding of accounts, finance, and supply chain management.
