Job summary

Nestlé Nespresso SA is seeking a dedicated Coffee Specialist for a pop-up boutique in White City. This full-time, 3-month FTC role focuses on delivering premium customer experiences and driving boutique performance.

You will welcome customers, assist in finding the perfect coffee solutions, and act as a passionate ambassador for the Nespresso brand, demonstrating exceptional service in a retail luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and build relationships.

We have a full-time (40 hours a week) position available on a 3 month FTC basis.

We are looking for a dedicated and driven Coffee Specialist, to join our Nespresso pop-up boutique in White City. If you can demonstrate a strong understanding of the retail and competitive environment in which the Nespresso business operates, you could contribute to the growing success of the brand.

Ultimately, you will be responsible for ensuring a premium customer experience through exceptional service and excellent delivery of all elements of boutique performance.

• Welcoming customers to the boutique and adapting to meet their needs.
• Supporting them in finding their perfect cup of coffee and be on hand to deliver service-oriented sales, promoting our unique brand experience.
• Being a proud and passionate ambassador of Nespresso.

Your ingredients for success

To be successful in this role you will already have retail experience, ideally from a luxury background but we are happy to consider those from a different industry who have the required skill-set.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. We are looking for confident and charismatic individuals who can deliver exceptional customer service.
• The ability to rapidly build strong, working relationships with your customer base and be happy to support where needed
