Job summary

Mamas & Papas Solihull is seeking a friendly Sales Consultant/Sales Assistant to join our store team on Saturdays, 4 hours. You will help customers choose baby essentials, share product knowledge and participate in in-store events.

In return, you’ll be part of a supportive team with a strong focus on inclusivity, staff benefits, and a welcoming shopping experience for families. Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to work Saturdays and 4 hours per week.
• Excellent communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and inquiries.
• Provide in-store shopping experiences and events.
• Support store team in delivering magical moments for customers.
• Contribute to car seat consultations and other services as required.
