Job summary

Cotton Traders in Atherstone is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. You’ll deliver an engaging customer experience, help merchandise the store and support stock control, while working alongside friendly colleagues in a busy multi-channel retail environment.

This role is on-site with part-time hours (8 per week) and offers a competitive hourly rate (£12.71), 28 days holiday pro-rata, a clothing allowance, employee discounts and a health cash-plan.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Wamiliar with store merchandising and stock replenishment.
• Comfortable using computer systems for sales and stock checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an engaging customer experience and greet shoppers.
• Assist with merchandising in line with brand guidance.
• Manage stockrooms, ensure replenishment and stock control.
• Serve customers in a helpful and pleasant manner.
