Job summary

Cotton Traders in Strensham is seeking two Retail Sales Assistants to join our team for one permanent and one temporary role. Applicants must be aged 18 or above due to store hours and lone working.

You’ll deliver an engaging customer experience and support stockroom and merchandising tasks while representing a beloved UK high street brand. You’ll work with friendly colleagues to create a welcoming store environment, drive KPIs, and use technology to assist customers.

As a multi-channel retailer and now in our third decade on the high street, we are seeking two Retail Sales Assistants to join our Strensham team. We are recruiting for one permanent and one temporary position. You must be aged 18 or above due to store opening and closing, as well as lone working.

CT for short, we are a clothing retailer and were established in 1987 by England rugby captains and legends Fran Cotton and Steve Smith. Supported by a growing online and offline (catalogue) presence, we have 80 stores nationwide in England, Scotland and Wales and employ 800 people across the country. We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our successful team. You will be working alongside brilliant colleagues and be able to provide an engaging customer experience. Traditionally, our Sales Assistants are responsible for: -

• Delivering a true and honest customer experience, treating others as you yourself would like to be treated
• Helping to merchandise the store in line with our brand guidance
• Managing store stockrooms, ensuring effective replenishment and stock control
• Serving customers helpfully and pleasantly.
• Being kind to colleagues and others to create a happy and engaging workplace
