As a JUNIOR SALESMAN (w/m/d), you will be an ambassador in our Notting Hill store. Your responsibilities include managing the entire sales process—from greeting customers to cashing out and managing vacations—and performing all other tasks necessary for the store's smooth operation.

We are looking for a part-time candidate (32 hours).

Your main activities will include:

Advising customers to meet their expectations

• Representing and conveying the brand's history, values, and commitments
• Offering personalized product and service recommendations with appropriate technical arguments based on customer needs
• Recruiting and retaining customers through the CRM program and ensuring customer satisfaction

Achieving revenue to enhance store profitability

• Supporting the sales process from start to finish and converting prospects into sales
• Understanding procedures related to cash, refunds, and returns
• Contributing to the achievement of sales objectives and the growth of both physical and omnichannel sales

Performing non-sales tasks to ensure a premium in-store experience

• Participating in visual merchandising following PB standards (labeling, merchandising, POS, folding, cleanliness)
• Managing stock procedures (receiving, dispatching, restocking, storage, inventory)
